There are no discounts for arriving late or leaving the retreat early.

Cancellations will result in loss of any add-ons you may have placed (VIP, Transportation, Etc) 

Travel protection insurance is used for any unexpected additional travel expenses that may occur before, during or after your trip, based on the package you choose. Mesquite Garden is not responsible for expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled trips, such as airline tickets, or for costs incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellation or illness, etc. Please review the cancellation policy.

Transportation

Private VAN transportation from/to Cancun Airport may be applied to your package.

1. I expressly agree and promise to accept and assume all of the risks existing throughout this experience. 2. My participation in this experience is purely voluntary, and I elect to participate in spite of the risks. 3. I hereby voluntarily release, forever discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mesquite Garden from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action, which are in any way connected with my participation in this experience or my use of Mesquite Garden equipment or facilities, including any such claims which allege negligent acts or omissions of Mesquite Garden. 4. Should Mesquite Garden or anyone acting on their behalf, be required to incur attorney’s fees and costs to enforce this agreement, I agree to indemnify and hold them harmless for all such fees and costs. 5. I certify that I have adequate insurance to cover any injury or damage I may cause or suffer while participating, or else I agree to bear the costs of such injury or damage myself. I further certify that I am willing to assume the risk of any medical or physical condition I may have. 6. In the event that I file a lawsuit against Mesquite Garden, I agree to do so solely in the state of California, and I further agree that the substantive law of that state shall apply in that action without regard to the conflict of law rules of that state. I agree that if any portion of this agreement is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect. By providing a signature in the reservation form, I acknowledge that if anyone is hurt or property is damaged during my participation in this activity, I may be found by a court of law to have waived my right to maintain a lawsuit against Mesquite Garden on the basis of any claim from which I have released them herein. By providing a signature in this reservation form, the participant, states that he/she: 1. is aware of and understands the potential hazards and risks, and 2. chooses to voluntarily participate. I have had sufficient opportunity to read this entire document. I have read and understood it, and I agree to be bound by its terms.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: The undersigned assumes all responsibility for and all risk of damage, injury, or loss of property that may occur to the undersigned as a participant in Mesquite Garden Retreats while using facilities, equipment and as a participant in all Mesquite Garden activities, included but not limited to; yoga, hiking, swimming, sound healing, etc… The undersigned hereby releases and discharges Mesquite Garden, its faculty, staff, administrators, trustees, and employees from all claims, demands, rights of causes of action, present and future, whether known or unknown, and resulting from the undersigned’s participation in the above stated program.

MEDIA RELEASE FORM: I acknowledge that I may be photographed or video taped and displayed in any form or manner, including but not limited to; books, displays, publications, newspapers, advertisements, website, press releases, articles, promotions, promotional video, etc…This footage may also be released to Mesquite Garden affiliates and displayed in any form or manner, including but not limited to; books, displays, publications, newspapers, advertisements, website, press releases, articles, promotions, promotional video, etc… Your signature on your reservation form below releases all liability from Mesquite Garden, including independent contractors, staff members, accommodations location, outside vendors and Mesquite Garden Owner.
